New and updated pocket-size visitor/backpacker guide booklets are now available on the ManitouIslandsArchives.Org website, in "print-it-yourself," "read online" and eBook formats.

The self-print format enables anyone with a desktop computer, printer, and PDF reader software to print their own pocket-size booklet. The "read online" PDF version is compatible with "smart phone" browsers, allowing access to either visitor guide in real time. (AT&T coverage now includes virtually all of South Manitou, and all but the western regions of North Manitou, so AT&T customers will be able to access the visitor guides aboard ship, and even while wandering on the islands.) The eBook formats are compatible with Kindle, NOOK, iPad, and iPod readers, as well as "smart phones" with book reader apps installed.
